Deposits

A deposit of one night's stay is required to guarantee a room reservation and will be applied to the cost of the room. The deposit is charged per reservation, not per room and is non-refundable within 14 days of arrival.

Other Policies

Bookings for a period of less than 8 days can only be reserved within 30 days of arrival. Deposits are required.
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed within guest suites.

Cancellations

The deposit is fully refundable if room reservation is cancelled at least 14 days or more prior to your stay. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of stay.
